Erik founded the Encore Award-winning Bridge to Broadway online training platform, which matched emerging artists with nearly 100 master teachers from stage and screen. A member of the National Alliance of Acting Teachers, he has served as a guest artist and/or master teacher at USC, Wesleyan, Boston Conservatory, Elon, TSU San Marcos, UNC Greeley, NYFA, New World, Broadway Theatre Project, AMDA, Journey to Broadway, Broadway Evolved, and Transcendence Theatre Company.
